National Aquarium in Baltimore
We have recently started to upgrade
from Epicor 4.2 to 7.2. As part of this process we had a decision
to make on whether to stay with Mik & Associates and their new
Fusion 3.0 product, or look to another vendor. This decision was
simple to make. Since going live with POS2000 in March of 2000 we
have had a great stability with the application. In addition to
the retail group being pleased with the front end, the accounting
and IS departments have been equally pleased with the application
from their point of view.
As we all know, selecting the product is usually the easy part. We had developed a very complex project plan
and timeline for the upgrade to version 7.2 of Epicor. MIK had to be able to meet the demands of that schedule
with the functionality within the application as well as a new interface to the accounting system.
While we are not yet live with the new accounting system or the MIK point of sale the project has gone very
smoothly to date. Based on all of our experience with MIK we are looking forward to this trend continuing on
the day we go live and beyond.
As I stated in my last testimonial, I would not hesitate to recommend this product to anyone seeking a point
of sale system.
Sincerely,
<SIGNATURE>
