This letter is to inform you of how pleased we are with POS 2000. For several years, Cayman Turtle Farm had been using a point of sale software
that was slow and inaccurate which resulted in an increased amount of time on the back end and loss of valuable sales. We needed a reliable and
efficient point of sale software with multi-currency and Citrix Terminal Server capability that fully integrated with Epicor's Platinum for Windows.
POS 2000 was introduced by Dan Levy, President of Triniti Consulting, at Perspectives 1999 as the answer to our needs.
I am always skeptical when converting to a new software application, especially when it is as important as the point of sale, but the support
that we received from Mik & Associates and Triniti Consulting made the transition unbelievably painless. Since the installation of POS 2000 in
October 2000, we have had zero crashes. Our sales clerks, who are some of the hardest people to please, have made comments like "This system
is really quick and easy." and "Now I don't have to question the system." The stable environment that has been provided by POS 2000 has given
the staff and managers of the Cayman Turtle Farm confidence in our point of sale system.
