I would like to let you know how pleased we are with your customized software solution. As you are aware we are a rapidly growing medical
supply distributor. We specialize in providing physician offices, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing homes and hospital systems
with 'site-maintained' medical inventory for use with their patients on a daily basis. In addition, we provide the public with high
quality medical goods and services through our own community based retail stores. We maintain high turnover inventory in over 75 locations
throughout the intermountain west.
We chose Best Software's MAS 500 as our enterprise level distribution, inventory management and accounting backbone. Although this package is
idea for standard distributors, we quickly realized that managing inventory in multiple locations and processing sales at branch offices
was anything but standard.
After investigating a number of other options, we turned to Mik & Associates for help with processing sales orders quickly and seamlessly
from within branch offices as well as standard retail sales from our storefronts and integrating these functions with MAS 500.
Because of our unique business model, we do not fit the category of a 'standard retailer' or 'standard distributor'. Despite this, your team
of engineers sought to fully understand our model and customize your software product, Fusion 2000 [Fusion Retail Solution], to completely
match both our needs and expectations. Furthermore, our staff found your team to be extremely competent and knowledgeable in virtually all
aspects of MAS 500, thereby helping us achieve our goals in a more timely fashion. We particularly enjoyed working with Kevin and Ben Knoll.
They were quick, smart and efficient. Rarely did we wait longer than a day for resolution on any issue.
In closing, I find it refreshing to work with a solution partner more interested with solving my problems than with their own agenda. I
highly recommend your company to any business seeking to overcome the challenges of inventory and sales management.
