Dear Mikand company,

I want to write to let you know how much I appreciate the services you have provided to us here at the U. S. Space and Rocket Center for the past 8 years. You have remained my number one contact point for any questions or problems regarding custom programs, point of sale, and Platinum for Windows for many reasons.

First, at the beginning of our business relationship, we needed some custom tools for use with our Platinum for Windows financial software. You listened to what we said we needed and provided exactly what we wanted. And the programs worked so well, we are still using them today! (with a few modifications for updates that occurred to the financial software.) In addition, these programs are so user friendly and robust, we have not required any technical support since the inception!

Of course that means we had to find something else to talk with you about. Second, we were having fits with trying to update or P.O.S. system used in our gift shops that was integrated with our accounting software. You came to the rescue again with a custom P.O.S. program that fit all our needs and worked flawlessly. POS2000 which evolved into your Fusion product is also still in use on 20 registers here in the Center!

Next, we were asked by our outside auditors to look into integrating several of our legacy systems to provide a more seamless flow of information into our financial statements. You again provided the perfect one-click interface to bring data from three different databases into our financial software. You have provided numerous other tools and expertise at any time I have required them. During the installation of the register program, the Legacy Import program, and other custom programs, you were available at all times and provided useful technical support until we no longer need it. Now that is service!

Thanks for all you have done and all you continue to do. I look forward to many more years of collaboration!
