Customer Service Application (CSA)

Job Tracking System (JTS)

The JTS streamlines your workflow and increases productivity. JTS knows what stages each production order must go through and allows you to track it through each and every stage. JTS goes further to recommend what to produce and what is next highest on the list of items to produce or work on. This takes the subjective guesswork out of what to produce next. PSA provides you with the ability to view your sales by multiple user-defined criteria. Fusion Solutions gives you the power to choose the level of detail and how often you want to refresh your data. Once again, PSA is much like an enterprise level EIS but without the complications and cost.
