The selections were made based upon input collected from a survey recently set to Epicor value added resellers, authorized consultants, direct sales reps and professional service consultants.

The survey rated (24) e by Epicor solution providers based on quality, support, ease-of-use/implementation, pricing and number of joint engagements. A scale of 1 to 10 was employed (1 = Poor, 10 = Excellent) and solution providers were required to obtain an overall rating of 7.5 or higher, with a minimum of three engagements, in order to qualify for the recognition award.

Mik & Associates scored particularly well in the categories of quality, support and ease of use/implementation with scores of 8.5, 9.0, and 8.3 respectively. These scores placed Mik & Associates at the forefront of this year's survey award winners, with an overall rating of 8.4.
