Thank you on going help and support. As you know we are in the furniture importing and distribution business. Inventory control is critical to our success. Thanks to you and your crew we have reached a new level of confidence in our ability to manage our existing inventory and forecast our future needs.

The bar coding system you installed gives me the, as a manager, much more confidence that we are shipping what the customer ordered. The custom programming you have done for us takes much of the guesswork out of our buying decisions. With eight to ten week lead times, keeping ahead of these decisions has kept me awake many nights. Your programs have allowed me to relegate much of the reorder buying to a clerical person leaving me to run the company.

As I have said in the past, all I ask is that a vendor tell me what they can do and do it. I can honestly say that you have met or exceeded this requirement. I look forward to working with you long into the future.
