We had been struggling with taking accurate inventory counts and translating that information to our Platinum back office software. Your Fusion Warehouse Management Solution has provided us with exactly what we needed to make this process efficient and dependable. The time and manpower needed to complete both full and partial physical counts has been cut in half and the resulting information is more accurate!

During our initial installation and testing we found that we wanted capabilities that were not part of the standard product. This included both the way in which we created and used barcodes and the reports that the system created. We asked Mik & Associates to incorporate these changes in to the software. In every instance your staff was courteous, professional and very helpful. Changes were made in a timely manner and always exceeded our expectations.

Dealing with information systems support houses as I do every day, I know first hand how rare it is to find a company that combines professional business acumen with a very high technical skill set.
