Iam writing this letter to thank you and your Team for all of the hard work and support that you have given us with the development, testing and distribution of our Spectrum Project Configurator Program. Steve Stewart deserves most of the credit for keeping the project on track and in the budget of what we have been planning for development with each 4 month update that we give to our International Sales Offices.

When we work with you to plan a development schedule for software implementation you always come within 2 - 4 weeks of the planned date. This is excellent compared with our other software vendors who are usually late by several months.

At Trane we have 2 different Project Configuration programs. An Oracle LAN based program called "Lynx" in use by our U.S. Sales offices and the standalone Spectrum program which you have helped develop for our International Sales offices. In the future we wish to merge the 2 applications and will be asking for your help as our Sales and Systems people are very impressed by the Spectrum program. They say that in some ways the Spectrum program is better than the Lynx program developed for our U.S. offices.
