In November 2000, SFMOMA was face with the challenge of finding a new POS solution. As a non-profit organization, we were working within a limited budget. We were also working within a limited time frame; we needed to GO LIVE with a new POS system in February 2001. Mik & Associates was quick to respond to our request.

SFMOMA was looking for a POS solution that could be fully integrated with Best Enterprise Suite [MAS 500]. We also wanted to work with a company that had the experience of doing full integrations. Mik & Associates had that integration experience with both other accounting packages and BES [MAS 500].

As a high volume, multi-user, multi-location environment, we wanted a system that was user friendly. We also wanted a system that enabled dual cash drawer support, and had the ability to set security levels for users and functions. FUSION Retail Solution met all of our needs - it was the obvious choice.

Our conversation was a custom retail solution, involving running 3 ASIs. Mik & Associates re-engineered the software to fit our needs. They took an active hands-on approach, absorbing a great deal of development burden to make it a success. Mik & Associates made learning SFMOMA's business a top priority.

On February 1, 2001 SFMOMA went live with both BES and FUSION. The migration occurred without a moment of downtime, thanks to the training, in-person support, and tech support provided by Mik & Associates. The customer service provided by Mik & Associates has been excellent. The Mik team has been always accessible to us. Even after a year since going live, Mik & Associates responds to SFMOMA's needs quickly and effectively.
