I am writing to tell you how much I appreciated the easy-to-use reliable point-of-sale solution you have provided for the Amateur Softball Association.

We were in need of a new POS solution due to numerous problems from our previous point-of-sale system. Specifically, the old POS system had conflicts with other software programs, would crash, would not allow us to read bar codes and was sending inaccurate data to our Platinum accounting software.

When we turned to our old POS provider for help, they would often blame the issues on everything but their software. We were left on our own to solve any problems that arose.

To make matters worse, at times we have volunteers with little or no experience that run the register in our store. The old system was hard to use and the frustration felt by the volunteers was evident. When you add to that the system errors that we were encountering, our customers were simply not able to get the quick and easy check out they expected from us.

MIK's product quality and support have been a refreshing change. The software has performed reliably and has been so easy to use that we were able to train five cashiers in less than half an hour.
