I would like to take the time to thank Mik & Associates for making my job as Office Manager much easier. Verve and Ford Boyd Interiors has had Platinum accounting since 1995. At this time we installed a point of sale program called GLOBAL. This was a DOS program that we had little problems with. The first of 1998 we upgraded to Platinum for Windows. It took me two months to contact EJW Software for the upgrade Premier POS. For over a year it has been a nightmare having to deal with this company. I could not go a month without having the point of sale down for 4 or 5 days a month. I had enough of this company by the end of August 1999. I called Info Soft in Raleigh NC for information on point of sale companies. They gave me Mik & Associates name and number. your company has from day one had a complete understanding of the special requirements that Verve have in a point of sale program.

Your support staff had our company up and running without problems by November 2, 1999. They worked long hours to add specialized features to POS 2000. When I call them they have always helped me at the time of my call. This is most important to my company. When they have upgrades to the POS 2000 they schedule the upgrade for the time and date that will ensure our point of sale is not down during working hours.
